Criminal cases not given in pre- , vious reports was one against Al- | bert Sawyer, who pled guilty to abandonment and non-support. He was ordered to pay costs, and $15 by February 15th and $10 on the 15th of each following month. Failure to do so would put into effect a sentence of six months in jail and work on the roads. Willie Glenn pled guilty to willful tres pass and was ordered to pay costs and prayer for judgment continued. Papers were issued for W. Ar thur Ormand, charged with aban donment and non-support; and for Daniel F. On the civil docket judgment was rendered for the bondholders against the Town of Columbus. Divorces were granted in the cases of Abbott vs. Abbott and Mofiitt' vs. Moffitt.
